I met with about 8 attorneys, split into groups of 2 at a time. The interviewers were kind and down to earth. I was asked standard questions for an attorney position.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dunn Carney
Interview
Met with HR director, asked pretty standard questions about experience and how I handle particular situations. Then met with a couple attorneys for 2nd interview, then a couple legal assistants, primarily to determine cultural fit.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunn Carney (Portland, OR)
Interview
Very casual and informal. You meet with several attorneys in panels and they ask you the typical expected interview type questions. The attorneys are friendly and they seem to already know what they're looking for in a candidate, so I never felt uncomfortable through the process. The office has a great culture and so it was easy to engage and just enjoy the process.
