I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Pompano Beach, FL) in Nov 2020
Interview
I was hired on the spot . working there was honestly bad , i was not trained at all . severely short staffed and horribly ran store. they do not care about their employees & they disregard your availability ; expect you to stay if someone calls out and been times where only one person to close due to callouts and short staffing
Easy interview
Application
I interviewed at Dunkin' (Blacksburg, VA)
Interview
It was a good interview.
They asked good questions. Availability was respected. The interview flowed nicely. The manager was nice. This was for a new store
I got the job
Super easy interview. They asked about previous barista experience, customer service tactics, conflict resolution strategies etc…the location’s General Manager did the interview along with the assistant manager. If you have previous barista experience, the interview is more of a personality fit assessment than anything else.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dunkin' (New York, NY)
Interview
Simple scenario and background questions. The interview lasted 10 minutes and I was offered a job the following day. Dunkin training doesn’t really happen at the store there is an online portal with recorded Dunkin videos for training purposes.
