I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' in Sep 2018
Interview
Quick sit down with explanation of duties and asking about relevant experiences. Going over dress code and employee discounts and benefits. Explanation of a background check, upon hire.
From my experience, if you had an interview scheduled, you were to be hired upon actually showing up. Later learned that this assumption was accurate after working with the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have any relevant experience?
Do you believe that you have strong customer service skills?
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
