Applied online, Phone interview by recruiting company, followed by a very long (1-2 hours) in person interview with the hiring manager and another company representative. All told, it takes maybe 3 weeks to be hired.

The interview process was held in a local coffee shop. The interviewer was both professional and made me feel at ease. He went through a few basic interview questions and gave me ample time to answer them without pressure. I was able to ask questions about the company at the end of the interview which he provided without an issue. The whole process lasted approximately 30 minutes
