Everything was done through spark interviews. There was little feedback from the company. It’s just a cattle call for applications, and no real promise of a job. I understand the position was seasonally based, but the whole remote/one way web cam interview wasn’t a good experience. Anyone whose done enough interviews knows that just randomly answering questions on the screen while being recorded, isn’t exactly the best way to interview.
