In person interview. It was an interval of an hour and a half with 5 different people and each person was a half hour. They offered a hotel and compensated my mileage. It was a pretty standard interview with standard questions. I had a negative experience because I thought it was too much for an ASSISTANT position and also, I never heard back and had to contact them only to be declined. I personally had everything they were looking for but going into the interview, they made me feel like I wasn't good enough even though they had it clearly stated in their job board. I do have to say that everyone was genuinely pretty friendly.
