Questions were based on the Competency listed in the candidate booklet. Gave me the opportunity to talk on previous jobs I have held. Three person board and they were all very nice.

Interview
Easy-going experience, didn’t try to catch you out and genuinely wanted to see what you had to say especially when it comes to interests listed on your CV. I had video editing listed on mine and the interviewer seemed genuinely intrigued on asking me a fair few questions on it.
