First met w/ recruiter, then w/ several Account Directors. Interviews w/ account Directors consisted of one on one interviews as well as coffee. Found all on the team refreshingly straight forward. Following meeting with Directors, I did a panel interview w/ range of employees form Project Managers to Art Directors to Designers. Enjoyed this stage, Again good questions. Whole team was part of the hiring process.
