Interview
I was first called by a recruiter, who essentially wanted to perform a phone interview/screening. After I passed this round of the process, I was invited to come into the office for an in-person interview. While in the office, I spoke with two Senior Recruiters who I would be reporting to and spent time shadowing an HR Coordinator.

The Interview process was initial round telephonic interview over the phone for 30 minutes by Talent recruiter in Drive time Automotive Group and was questioned about my experience and qualifications

Interview
I had several phone interviews with the recruiting department. They never got back to me. When I followed up, they said the position I initially applied for was filled but they think I would be a good fit for this other role. I interviewed in person with several heads of department where I was asked about my experience and what organizational skills I have that would make me a good fit. I got the decision back much later than their projected decision date.
