The interview process was a group interview. You have to be engaging and be proactive in answering and pointing out your ideas. Also need to do roleplaying of a skit that they provided. Since it's a job for teenagers, mostly a lot of fun stuff we had to do too

It was such a fun interview process! Nothing formal or too serious. They used games and puzzles to test how you think and have fun! Although it might sound easy, you really need to be genuine and have the heart for fun.
