I applied online. I interviewed at DreamDry (New York, NY)
Interview
I was asked to bring in a model to do a blow dry. The person interviewing me, I don't know what their title is, was nice and everyone seemed friendly. I did end up having to come back to do another blow dry which was kind of annoying. I wish I could've just done both at the same time. Also, they didn't really interview me until after the blow dry. I guess because if it sucked they didn't want to waste their time getting to know me but I thought that was really impersonal.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at DreamDry (New York, NY) in Nov 2014
Interview
pretty straight forward. have to bring a model and display your blowdrying skills. a stylist watches you. Once yore finished, you are interviewed. If accepted you are to attend a training session where you will need about 10 models for the course of 2 days to practice. they have signature styles that you have to learn in order to advance to an offer

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DreamDry (New York, NY) in Aug 2013
Interview
The interview was great. It was a 2 part process that required meeting with multiple managers.
I also had to schedule a day to bring in a model to perform a blow dry off the menu at the managers request.
