Downtown Dog Lounge interview questions

At first I was actually excited to interview at Downtown Dog Lounge. I Love animals and had a wide operations leadership background that I thought would translate to assist in culture building. I spent over 6 hours interviewing over the course of 3 days. They seemed to like me. Then they ghosted me. No call, No email, No nothing. It was very puzzling esp since I thought I'd developed good vibes with the team. Based on the previous reviews I suspect had I been a white male or female I'd have been offered the position

Mainly you discuss your experience with dogs and why you want to work there and give examples from past work. Usually go into park at least once to get an idea of what its like.
