I was working through a placement agency. The agency first had me fill out a questionnaire, then take Office skills tests and finally the interview on site. The interview on site was a panel interview with three individuals. They were very nice and seemed to follow a script for questions they were asking.

Einladung zu Probearbeiten, Anschliessend 2 Interviews auf jeweils Deutsch und English. Freundliches Auftreten des Unternehmens und entspannte Atmosphäre. Gute Umgangsformen und relativ schnelle Rückmeldungen. Fragen zur Person sehr genau. Ebenfalls "Hypothetische Problemfälle" zu lösen war ein grosser Teil des Interviews. Ohne sehr gute Englischkenntnisse keine Chance. Im Grossen und Ganzen sehr positive Interviews
