Interview
Overall the interview and process was very straight forward. It was a panel type interview with three people conducting the interview. Dow is great about diversion and inclusion, so they try to have a multitude of races during the interview as well as a mix of male and females.

Q: Talk about a time when you had a conflict with someone at work, and how was it resolved
Two interviews. Questions were mostly situational, want you to speak on experience. There were 4 people for the first interview, the second interview was more of a meet and greet with the manager. Easy second interview you're more just talking.

Tell me about a time you made a mistake and had to adapt
Just behavioral type questions, but mine was on campus recruiting so might include technical ones for other more traditional interviews. Was very relaxed and casual, interviewers were easy to talk to and answer back.
Was a fairly simple interview compared to others. The entire process felt more like a conversation than an interview, and we went well over the time after talking about ourselves, qualifications, and any other skills/questions.
