I applied for the analytical sciences division. I had a 1:1 interview at my university and submitted all my materials. Several weeks later I received an invitation to their Midland MI site. They flew me out and I had dinner with 2 staff members the night before my interview. The day of the interview was quite full. I gave a 45 minute presentation to the staff, where I had 4 sets of interviews with 2 people at a time in various roles. In addition, I met with the director. About 2-3 weeks later, I received a notice they would not be extending an offer to me. Overall, very efficient and professional.
