Interviewed on-campus (UT) with alumni at the company. Wined + Dined. Then I went to a super day in Midland, MI. It was a group interview with two other candidate and a couple of interviewers, all int he same room. They asked generate fit questions, sales experiences, learning experiences, etc. However they asked the same question to all of us in different orders. If you have never done a group interview with other candidates, this interview may feel weird.

Interview
I applied for the internship by submitting my resume, and then having an in-person interview on campus. Then they have a group dinner with the interviewees who make it to the next round, and from there, choose people to fly out to Dow for more interviews.
