      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoveLewis (Portland, OR) in Mar 2016

      Interview

      I applied on their website, was emailed back about a taped interview, which was pretty cool because you can record yourself answering the questions and redo it whenever you wanted before submitting. Then I was called in for an in-person interview with two supervisors. Lastly, I was brought back in for another interview with upper-management and an hour-long working interview on the floor. The entire process took approx. 2 weeks.

      Quick and straightforward hiring process, was offered the job right after the in-person interview. The process felt very streamlined and clear. Everyone was friendly, and the questions were straightforward and thought-provoking.

      Interview

      Once invited to interview, candidate must submit video recorded responses through an app. After video submissions are reviewed, qualified applicants are invited to interview with the head of HR and CSR manager. A serious of questions addressing qualifications, background, and scenarios are used.
