Douglas Education Service District interview questions

The interview process consisted of a panel interview, followed by a skills test. The skills test assessed basic accounting skills and business communication acumen. The panel interview consisted of the department supervisor, CFO, and one department staff personnel. The questions were pre-selected and covered time management, stress management, and general communication skills. I was told at the interview when a decision would be made and they communicated their decision promptly.
