They interviewed us in a group setting on zoom and asked us questions before moving us onto more rounds of interviews. In the second round of interviews it was one on one.

Interview
It was strange that I was on a zoom call with other candidates. My second interview was basically a sales pitch to get me excited about a paid training position that would get me to the top position for 100K a year. But upon doing research these companies base that on how many people you can recruit and get on the same job as well as door to door sales. Sounds very MLM to me!
