The entire interview process was engaging but quite lengthy. The hiring team was extremely helpful, providing support and responding quickly to my inquiries. The first step was an interview with the corporate recruiter to review my resume. This was followed by a 1.5-hour test and a panel interview with the recruiter and two employees who hold the same position at different locations. The questions were all behavioral, focusing on specific instances from my experience and past life. It was a very interesting process.
Next, I have an on-site interview with the Warehouse Director and the General Manager. This will be followed by more basic behavioral and leadership online tests, which will take another two hours. The final step is a phone interview with a psychologist. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
