Before COVID, mine was a group interview where you did some icebreakers and group activities. It's mostly to get to know you a little bit and then I talked with someone from the department about availability and the whole training process.

Interview
It was fun till they didn't respond after two weeks after telling me I got the job. Even more fun was waiting hours to get my onboarding time only for it to never come. The best part is I still occasionally get emails from them but they haven't scheduled a onboarding day a month and a half after giving me the position.

They asked me if I have any experience with assisting patrons.
Group interview that is set up to see how you do while working with others. While doing the appointed small activities, the employers are in the room watching everyone and seeing how they mingle.
