I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Doremus (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview lasted about 3 hours. I interviewed with 6 different people, all on the creative end who I'd be working with. Some of them drilled me more on the advertising copywriting end and how I approached certain tasks. Most just chatted with me and wanted to see my personality. It was a mixture of one on one interviews and groups of 2 people interviewing me. They gave me a freelance offer and later a full time offer with benefits.

Question 1
They asked if I was comfortable working on B2B. It felt like more of a personality interview. They did ask me to write 3 Top 10 lists in the style of David Letterman which I send them about a week later.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Doremus
Interview
I had two interviews leading up to my offer. I was nervous as usual, but as the conversation (for both) took off, I found myself feeling more and more comfortable. It felt like they mostly just wanted to learn about me as a person.
As a creative, you never know how much the interviewee will want to look over your portfolio. I was relieved that we mostly focussed on the future, with just a few questions on the past. This interview experience was unlike any other I've had so far. I knew immediately that these were people I wanted to work with.
