Sit-down interview, more like a conversation. They want to see if your personality fits the company culture. They asked me about myself (including if I like coffee and more personal questions like my fears, etc).
Pleasant and casual. Hiring manager at the time was very polite and took the time to answer my questions. Not too stressful and I heard back quickly after the interview
