Doheny Eye Institute interview questions

I was interviewed by phone and it was very straight to the point, no nonsense. I was informed beforehand that my interviewer would be doing a fair amount of talking. I was asked to tell them about myself, then what I knew about the company, then why I wanted to work there, and finally, what my career goals were.

The lab director asked me how to design a calender and I answered his question according to what I think. His co-worker also join he interview process later. He was asking more technical stuff.
