got in with a contact, had three initial interviews with three different department heads, interviewed with the GM, once you've interviewed with the GM, if you don't receive an offer right then and there, then you probably didn't get the job. then drug test, background check. interview was straightforward, basically going above and beyond for internal and external guests, a lot about teamwork, how to best meet guests needs. its all about serving the guest and meeting guest needs but also getting along and helping fellow associates
