Interview
They got back to me fairly quickly. I was told I would have a phone interview at a given time. The guy I talked to was really nice, but I wasn't at all qualified for the job. I don't know why they even considered my application. So sort of an awkward interview because I just didn't know half of the questions I was asked. Very technical.

Interview
The interviewer was very awkward. He felt under prepared for the call and was trying to makeup confusing engineering questions on the phone. The call felt very cold and like he didn't want to be part of the interview process.
The next day I got a automated email stating I didn't receive the position. The process felt very disconnected, in there company core values they claim culture and personality are paramount. I feel like they didn't evaluate my personality what so ever.
In the end I'm glad I wasn't offered the position, if the interview process in any indication of how the internal company operates.
