Applied for the position online, then had a call with a lady who asked me some questions about my previous experience and the role I had applied for. At the end of the conversation I was told I had passed and could arrange an interview, an interview was arranged for the same week. The interview was conducted online VIA Microsoft teams and asked some questions about values, my previous experience and how I would respond to certain scenarios. Afterwards I was told I was successful at the first stage and invited into service for 2nd stage of interview. I got to go into the service, meet the people we support, and get a feel for what to expect on a shift. The following day I had a call to ask how I feel it went, once saying I was happy I was offered the role.
