I applied in-person. I interviewed at Discovery Parks in Feb 2025
Interview
Formal style conducted by two executives, each asking a question based on the STAR methodology. There was not much of an opportunity to expand upon answers or to have a genuine conversation other than being given the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Discovery Parks in Jan 2025
Interview
- A set of online psychometric tests to see if you are able to identify human emotions and reaction times to logical challenges
- An online interview with the Lead BA and an Engineering Manager where I was not warned who the audience for the interview would be, just surprised to hear two men talking to me from a meeting room somewhere. I would not be able to pick them up on the street if I ever see them because they never switch their camera on, it was possibly the most uncomfortable interview I had sat through in my entire career.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- How do you make sure that you document everything in your requirements and leave nothing unconsidered?
- How do you feel about having to deal with executive leaders and how do you explain complex concepts to them?
- What do you do to keep up your relationships with stakeholders you worked with at some point in the past but are no longer working with because you have switched projects?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Discovery Parks (Adelaide) in Mar 2024
Interview
3 stage interview with CMO, CDO and with HR. They were quick in letting you know about the next stages, and about the process you were up to. Although didn't get the offer, there are a lot of perks for working with Discovery Parks.
