1st interview to evaluate enuthsiam and past job experience, then 2nd interview to get to know you better.

I saw this job on a hiring board and applied. A couple of days later I was called in to interview. I got there and it seemed like they forgot someone were supposed to be interviewing that day. I waited in the lobby with the receptionist for 20 minutes before someone (who eventually became my direct supervisor) emerged hurriedly and introduced herself. She led me to a room with another supervisor and they asked basic interview questions. They seemed into me, and I felt good about it. I got a call the very next day that I was hired. Apparently this was unusual, as everyone else I talked to stated they had 2 in-person interviews and a phone interview before getting hired.
