2 months ago I had a telephone interview for this job and was meant to interview soon after, however, they became busy and could not interview. Recently I was notified that they would like to finally meet with you. I arrived at the interview 10 minutes earlier and notified the receptionist and she said will be with you soon she is on a call. 25 minutes later the receptionist checked again and said will be doing soon. After almost 35 minutes into the interview time we met and was told she only has 30 minutes and will have to reschedule for another day and start the process. We spoke for around 5 minutes and that was that. She even said she has not even looked at my CV and experience, I was just simply recommended by the HR Manager to did the telephone interview! It was unbelievably unprofessional and almost no value for others time. I wasted almost 3 hours of my day from travelling in paying £5 parking for 5 minutes. Extremely unprofessional organisation. After giving feedback to the agency they were just as shocked as I was. I would not recommend going through this process.
