Interview
The initial recruitment phase was quite slow, with several months passing before the first contact. However, once the process began, it moved rapidly. The technical stage consisted of a quick live coding session with the CTO. While the team was efficient in the later stages, the technical assessment felt mismatched for a senior-level position, focusing on very basic foundational concepts rather than high-level architecture or seniority-appropriate challenges.

Very simple one to two rounds. Quick process for onboarding. Didn’t draw out receiving feedback. The manager was flexible as well with scheduling needs being a student. It wasn’t extremely extensive like other pharmacies and they are willing to teach you as well in case of lack of experience
