The manager interviewing me was distracted and rude - she was vigorously typing on her laptop and not paying attention to anything I said. I understand that some jobs require transcribing interview questions and answers but she was extremely rude and the whole interview experience was bad and distasteful.

Conducted quick brief 30 minute online interview, then called in for a short in-person interview with basic questions such as availability and experience. Followed by a 1 - 2 hour trial shift. Was not busy when I undertook the trial shift.
1 online video submission and 1 in person interview: asks basic interview questions (why you want to work there, weaknesses, strengths, tell me about a time when you worked on a team, etc)
was ok. asked generic questions about working in the service industry. good job for young people and making friends. can be clicky. takes time to get in with the crew
