After submitting my resume online through a job board, I was contacted and scheduled with an initial phone screening with a senior manager. following that, I met with an management executive for a 1:1 interview in person. the interview was very through and conversational. I was then offered the opportunity to visit their corporate headquarters for a day. I toured the facility and had three separate 1:1 interviews with their ownership and executive management. Shortly after that visit, I received and accepted an offer for employment.
