Interview
Go in store. Fill app on the computer. You get direct interview with an area manager. If the area manager likes you, you get 2nd interview with store & assistant manager. Ask for high pay they pay high. you can ask for at least $10.00 and more if you have more experience ask for $13 they will give you. If you start and you have high pay they will watch your sales if they suck you will get fired, but t least you know you got some extra cash.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.

This was a four step interview process held with four different ppl. Very easy & straight to the point. Description of job was explained very well. The interview process was unusual than most interviews, but it not difficult at all.
