I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dillard's (Evansville, IN) in Sep 2008
Interview
Because it was an interview for a management position, I had to interview with several people. They were always willing to work around my current schedule and was very considerate that I was still working at another company! They were respectful to the fact that I needed to find and replace another Store Manager and worked with me along with that as well.

Question 1
Why should you be offered the position over the other candidates we are considering?
Very unorganized, no one knew what the other managers were doing. Norma the shoe manger was a nasty person and doesn’t like caucasians. Very back stabbing & they treat sales associates like trash.
I was heavily recruited. It was a smooth process. It consisted of 2 interviews. It was consistent with other retailers. The questions were answered and it was inviting . That’s all I have to say about my experience at Dillards
