The interview was in person at the Greensboro office. I was brought out there for two days. In that period of time my skillet was not tested for what I was interviewing for. The Manager was not interested in my skill set and insisted that I show that I can do basic 3D and animation. After being there for the two days I left feeling like my time was completely wasted as well as the money it took to travel 4 hours away. After coming home I would call and see if anything else was needed from me or if there is information on time table for hiring for positions. I was consistently brushed off and asked about if I could be a producer and asset manager instead of an artist and yet again looking down at my experience. After about a month of not getting real information on the job I was asked to drive back to greensboro for another day of testing. In the long run my interest level with position was exhausted and I felt that it is not a company I wished to be apart of. Also I can tell the experience is not there for commercial work just from seeing 5 min per frame renders. Even for photo real I haven't seen times like that since early 2000s.
