Interview Process is exhaustive, but necessary. When DB offers a position to someone that person is well acquainted with the environment as well as what will be expected of them. The questions also thoroughly vet a candidate to make sure that the candidate will meet the needs of Digital Bungalow. You will be interviewed by members of several departments over the course of several 1 or 2 hour interviews. It is a process that is rewarding for those that are hired as well as valuable for highlighting deficiencies in candidates who are not -- a worthwhile endeavor.

Referred for a position within Digital Bungalow's marketing department. Application process seemed lengthy but worth while to ensure they hire the right candidate. Interviewed with 4 people before final interview with CEO. Questions were sometimes redundant. Overall, wasn't a difficult process.
