Interview
First interview was more to get to know the previous experience, followed by a meeting with the randstad operations director who went through some role play scenarios. Second interview involved meeting the team. Process ended after completing some tests

Given 3 candidates to sell to a client in the scenario test- 1 is good, 2 is really good- 3 would be exceptional.
Horrible. No phone call consultant arranged everything by text. When I got there she never turned up. Waited 20 mins, the admin came down and said she was busy. Really unprofessional. No apologies or follow up. Don't go to them. There are other specialist HR recruiters
