Interviewed with recruiter then after did a case study / mock call with the team lead and manager. It wasn't too bad, and they were very supportive. Had to show a lot of drive and determination throughout.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Diedrich Coffee (Snohomish, WA) in Oct 2020
Interview
When I arrived I met the manager in the back area of the stand. We introduced each other and she then went on to ask me what my previous Experience was at which I replied over 5 years. I was then asked what my Availability was and I informed her that I have 2 Children attending Daycare in Snohomish and would need to confirm coverage with them. I expressed my enthusiasm about the convenience of the Stand being so close. At that time she informed me that the position I was interviewing for was NOT for the Snohomish Location and it was just where she happened to be working that day to conduct my interview. I was instantly in disbelief but decided to inquire if the Lead Position that I had applied for was still open. I was told yes it was and I was Qualified for it as long as I had the availability to work certain hours. I left and within an hour I responded to her and informed her I had the Availability and she did not reply. Next thing I heard was from a Manager who worked in Bothell asking if I was still looking for work. I informed her I was waiting for a response about the Lead Position in Snohomish before committing to her. We both reached out to Manager who I interviewed with. She received a reply (I did not) it was no longer available. I agreed to begin training in Bothell the following week to find out the schedule was before the time in the AM that I could arrive as well as the after the time in the PM that I could work. I was informed she would provide another training Schedule and she never got back to me EVER. I gave up and was able to conclude this Company is so unprofessional and Inconsiderate to the point that I would NOT even consider any Position at any rate of pay they could offer me anyways. I believe in the importance of RESPECT and when they showed me none, then that's what they get in return. My sister also had worked there years ago and informed me how terrible of a work environment it was and that she was treated unfairly & over scrupilized.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Diedrich Coffee (Houston, TX) in Nov 2009
