Fairly straightforward just talking through application form and a couple of scenario based questions at the end- just looking for personable confident individuals. Know your application form back to front and some general corporate knowledge on acquisitions

Interview
1:1 interview. It is not a competency based interview, it is very much an assessment of how you would 'fit in'. The woman interviewing me was perfectly pleasant, if a little direct. You will be asked questions that relate to the firms key practice areas-make sure you know them! Ideally look to extract a specific deal, as then you can the conversation to well considered, pre-prepared questions.
The interview process last about 20 minutes. The main tips I would give is that they are not looking for hesitant, nervous people-be bold and confident in your answers.
