The interview process was pretty quick and simple for me. I did not have any particularly hard questions and a friendly environment. I recommend this job to many friends. Overall a smooth and supportive interview process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dickinson ISD (Dickinson, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
My interview process was one-on-one rather than in front of a panel. It was personal and very relaxed. We discussed my qualifications as well as what was expected from the position I was applying for. I was informed that HR would go over the benefits package; however, my questions were addressed during the interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dickinson ISD (Dickinson, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
I didn't have an interview. I started as a substitute teacher. They asked me if I wanted to go permanent. I went through the interview process like any other person although I had already done so with being a substitute teacher. I just had to change paperwork and IDs. Once that was done and in the system, I was hired as a contract employee yet permanent, not as a substitute.
