It was on-campus interview at our college for year 2025 It was an offer of 1 year of mandatory internship then full time offer from 9-15LPA based on performance (Not guarenteed) There were 3 round: 1. Initial screening: Basic questions for girls and problem solving + scenario based question for boys 2. Technical: General resume based question for girls and BA centric technical(Requirement gathering, scope creep) + Resume, project and skill based questions. 3. Vice President round: General questions for cultural fitness and role description evaluation( I was eliminated in the last round).
