Manager asks basic questions. If you have a pulse, you are hired. Just show up. Look professional. It’s fairly simple to understand. They are super desperate so anyone can truly get hired.
It took more than the 3 weeks to get hired and have a conversation with HR, afterwards it went all well. Training is 4 weeks before you get to real work
