Interview
The screening call was very straightforward, and the questions were pretty simple. Virtually half of the interview was about what I should expect during the second round (which I never even got to lol). Overall, there were mixed signals, and response time was very slow.

There was a significant emphasis on familiarity with optics, but they stressed that sales experience was essential.

Short and simple process, submit resume then go straight to in person interview with the hiring managers, no multiple hoops to jump through. Management is respectful .
