The interviews were average difficulty, utilizing the STAR method. The issue I had was the lack of communication throughout the interview process. While I'm aware I wasn't offered the role, I have yet to receive any communication from the hiring team, even after multiple inquiries.

Initial interview with inside recruiter then one phone interview followed by two face to face interviews questions were the usual STAR type. HR recruiter gave great communication throughout the process.
