Interview
Received an invitation to book a phone interview, booked a suitable time. On the call day, no one called. Emailed asking if the phone interview is still happening, within minutes got an updated invitation with a video link. No further directions were given. Joined the video call, and again no one was there. Emailed again to get a clarification, never heard back. Very negative experience and a total waste of time and effort.

Interview
Interview process involved...
1. HR screening where we discussed our my background, interests and the role for about 15 mins
2. System design interview for about 45 mins where we discussed my background, projects, followed by a small exercise in system design
3. Another coding round for about 40 mins with seemingly medium tier difficulty love coding session
I found the recruitment process highly proactive, agile and collaborative.
