I received an email from someone pretty senior in the company asking for availabilities. I sent her my availabilities for the following week, and she completely ghosted me. I tried following up with her to no avail.

Interview
The process involved a call with the hiring manager and then a 2-hour take home technical assessment. A few days after submitting my work, I received a generic rejection email and no response to my request for feedback. It's a shame to not even be given the courtesy of some feedback after investing that much time in a take home assessment. Extremely disappointing experience.
