Interview
Its a 2 step interview process. You are first screened by the recruiter through Google Meets.
If you meet their requirements you move to the next round of interviews with three team members through Google Meets with the Operations Manager, Member Service Guide Supervisor, and Member Service Guide.
They spend 30 minutes with you first telling them about themselves and the company. Then you do a role playing game. They are the member calling and you have to be create a scenario on how you might help the member with the reason for their call.
Final questions are at the end with the last person.

The overall interview process is pretty intense your interview with a recruiter first and then if they like you, they’ll move you onto interview with one of the hiring managers or supervisors if they like you you’ll either get an offer or you won’t hear anything back. There are assessments that have to be taken once the offer is offered and a background check as well. They are very thorough with the background check especially when it comes to employment dates I passed everything I was offered the job very quickly, but then the offer was rescinded because there was an error in the dates of a past employer, which I corrected, but they still rescinded their offer.

I had an interview with a recruiter call, then she scheduled me for a video interview 3 days later with a supervisor and had behavioral interview , showing passion for their mission .It took the weekend and that Monday I got an offer letter.
