Very straightforward interview. Typical questions about caregiving for individuals with behavioral health concerns. The staff were friendly and they showed me around the facility and the different areas that I would be working in

How comfortable would I be with restraining an individual using the Companies training techniques
In person interview with very nice people who are easy to open up to. They make Devereux seem amazing and a honor to work for. The work environment is not so good.
The process was pretty straight forward. Starting from introduction followed by asking of some questions. Which were expected of interview. I was a little anxious at the initial stage but the interviewer made me comfortable. And I could easily answered what were asked of me.
It was an online interview.
