Didn't feel the HR person was interested in me as a candidate, due to the times that the interview was rescheduled. But I was thanked for my patience. At the end of the interview, I was given detailed next steps in the interview process, as well as when I'd hear back. It took 2 email follow-ups until I got a reply (which wasn't personalized). I thought I was a candidate for consideration, since I was given such specific information on next steps.
